      石油被广泛地比喻为一国工业乃至整个国民经济发展的血液。长期以来依靠要素投入拉动的经济增长方式,由石油产业引发的环境污染问题日益凸显。石油行业转变经济增长方式,发展环境友好型产业以提高产业竞争力成为主流趋势。运用协整检验及Granger因果检验,对石油产业节能减排、产业集聚与石油产业竞争力三者之间的关系进行实证分析。实证结果表明:就石油产业而言,节能减排、产业集聚与产业竞争力三者之间存在长期均衡关系,并且产业集聚和节能减排都是影响我国石油产业竞争力水平的重要因素。因此,加强节能减排与产业集聚,提升石油产业竞争力需要从宏观、中观、微观3个维度同时发力。
英文摘要:
      For a long time, oil is regarded as the blood that sustains the development of one nation’s industry and even the entire national economy. With the constant emergence of problems of economic development and environmental opposition, the oil industry will usher in tremendous changes. Taking the green development path of energy saving and emission reduction and strengthening the concentration of enterprises within the industry has become an irreversible trend. This paper uses the cointegration test and the Granger causality test method to empirically analyze the relationship among energy conservation, emission reduction, industrial agglomeration and competitiveness of the petroleum industry. The results show that: As far as the oil industry is concerned, there is a long term equilibrium relationship between energy conservation and emission reduction, industrial agglomeration and industrial competitiveness. Industrial agglomeration, energy conservation and emission reduction are all important factors affecting the competitiveness of Chinas oil industry. In addition, industrial agglomeration in the oil industry can, to a certain extent, promote the energy saving and emission reduction of oil companies and reduce production energy consumption. Therefore, strengthening the energy saving emission reduction and industrial agglomeration to improve the international competitiveness of the oil industry requires the simultaneous development of macro, meso, and micro levels.
